doxygen-gui software package provides GUI configuration tool for doxygen, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install doxygen-gui
doxygen-gui is installed in your system.
Make ensure the doxygen-gui package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep doxygen-gui *
You will get with doxygen-gui package name, version, architecture and description in a table
